Submission Guidelines

Papers must be original and unpublished works that have not been submitted elsewhere.

The plagiarism level must be below 15%, and authors are fully responsible for maintaining ethical research standards.

Manuscripts should be prepared according to the conference journal template, available for download on the official website.

Submissions must be made in both MS Word (.doc/.docx) and PDF formats.

The full paper should be sent via email to iesctech.srmist@gmail.com.

All papers will undergo a peer-review process before acceptance.

Acceptance or rejection will be communicated to the corresponding author through email notification.

Only papers that are presented at the conference will be eligible for publication in the conference proceedings or associated journals.

At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference to ensure inclusion in the proceedings.

The final camera-ready paper must incorporate all reviewer suggestions and adhere strictly to the prescribed formatting guidelines.
