The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Submission Guidelines

Papers submitted must be original and unpublished, with plagiarism below 15%, for which the authors are solely responsible. The soft copy of the full-length paper (maximum 6 pages) must be prepared in IEEE double-column format and submitted in camera-ready form.

The paper template is available on the IESCTECH 2026 website (https://www.iesctech.com) and can also be downloaded from the IEEE website. Papers must be submitted online via Microsoft CMT using the following link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IESC2026

Selected papers will be published in the following Scopus-indexed journals:

a) IAES International Journal of Robotics and Automation (IJRA)

b) SSRG International Journal of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IJEEE)

c) Frontiers of Multidisciplinary Research (FoMR)

d) Conference abstracts will be published in the official proceedings with ISBN registration

Additionally, a few high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in reputable top Scopus-indexed journals, subject to the respective journals’ terms and conditions, APC policies, plagiarism standards, and AI compliance guidelines.

The specific journal titles will be announced later.
